Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of wearing many hats — from hands-on laser treatments and assisting physicians, to managing large medical spas and leading multi-physician practices.
A defining moment came in 2008, when Maneesha traveled to the United States alongside a physician for specialized training that sparked a deep passion for Bio identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. From that experience, she developed a comprehensive integration program empowering prescribers to seamlessly incorporate BHRT into their practices — a testament to her ability to translate knowledge into actionable, real-world solutions.
As a partner in a thriving Medical Aesthetics business with three great MDs, 1 OBGYN and 13 wonderful staff, and later as a Territory Manager and Business Consultant, Maneesha has built a reputation for elevating practices across the industry. In 2019, she expanded her impact further by stepping into Life and Business Coaching.
Today, Maneesha is proud to serve as Chief Trainer and Educator for NAIMA Education, bringing her wealth of expertise to practitioners and supporting the continued growth of NAIMA Education and Aesthetics Depot.
