Ernest Ampomah Arkoh is a licensed teacher and a Ph.D. ABD candidate at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. He is also pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the European Institute of Management & Technology in Switzerland and a Diploma in Accounting & Business Management Studies at Elite College Canada. Ernest holds a Human Resource Management Diploma from Bournemouth, UK, along with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education and Social Sciences. Additionally, he earned a Lay Ministry Certificate from Pentecost Biblical Seminary in the USA.
With extensive teaching experience across high school to university levels, Ernest has served as a supervisor, counselor, examiner, and assessor for various colleges, universities, and professional licensing bodies in Ghana and Canada. His professional background spans sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and construction, where he has also established and manages his own businesses.
From the age of 10, Ernest demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit by assisting in family businesses and managing his own ventures by age 15. During his time at the University of Cape Coast, he successfully managed and promoted Grace of God Hostel, showcasing his leadership and management skills even as a student. He has served on numerous boards and committees, received awards and grants, and participated in various workshops and conferences.
Ernest has authored several peer-reviewed articles and is actively working on additional scholarly works. He contributes to academic journals as a peer reviewer, advisor, and editor. Currently, he has also taken on the role of Northern Ontario Sales Ambassador for Aesthetics Depot, where he promotes and sells company devices through door-to-door outreach and personal lead generation.
