After completion of business school at St. Lawrence College, Fletcher knew he would love to be a part of the ever-growing beauty industry. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Los Angeles where he studied cosmetology at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy. In October 2012, Fletcher decided to take the plunge and open his first salon.
Fletcher specializes in advanced aesthetic and laser technologies, including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, and non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatments. With extensive experience in advanced laser practices and medical aesthetics, he is passionate about combining results-driven treatments with client education and safety. Fletcher also brings a strong teaching and mentorship background to the industry, having trained and guided countless professionals in both technical skills and client care throughout his career.
